Muscle Points – Loyalty reward program
01. What are Muscle Points?
Muscle Points are our loyalty rewards system. You earn them automatically every time you shop — no sign-up needed beyond your account.
02. How do I earn points?
You earn 1 Muscle Point for every £1 you spend on eligible products.
03. How much are points worth?
Every 100 Muscle Points = £5. You can redeem points once you’ve saved up at least 100.
04. When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at any time after reaching 100 points, as long as your order meets the minimum criteria. There’s no pressure to use them straight away — save them up if you like.
05.How do I use my points?
At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your Muscle Points to your order. You can choose how many to redeem (as long as they meet the minimum threshold).
06. Do Muscle Points expire?
No! Your points never expire — you can use them whenever it suits you.
07.Can I earn points on discounted or sale items?
Yes — Muscle Points are earned on all items.
08. Can I combine Muscle Points with discount codes?
No — only one type of discount can be used per order. You can choose to use either a discount code or your Muscle Points at checkout.
09. Do I earn points on shipping fees?
No — points are earned on the product value only, not on shipping or taxes.
10. What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that item will be deducted from your account. If you already used those points, your refund may be adjusted accordingly.
11. Can I check my points balance?
Yes — just log into your account and go to “My Muscle Points” to see your total.
12. Do I need to do anything to join?
Yes — just create an account!
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll automatically start earning Muscle Points on every eligible purchase. No extra steps needed.
Terms & Conditions – Muscle Points
01. Eligibility
You must have a registered account to earn and redeem Muscle Points.
02. Earning Rate
1 point per £1 spent on all items. Points are calculated based on the subtotal (excluding shipping, discounts).
03. Redemption Value
100 points = £5 discount. Points can only be redeemed when you have reached 100.
04. Redemption Limit
No — you can use as many points as you like, as long as you have enough to cover the discount you’re applying.
For example:
100 points = £5 off
500 points = £25 off
1,000 points = £50 off
There’s no cap — if you’ve earned the points, you can use them.
05. Expiry
Muscle Points do not expire unless the loyalty program is terminated (with prior notice).
06. Non-Transferable
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value.
07. Abuse
We reserve the right to revoke points or disable accounts if misuse or fraud is suspected.
08. Program Changes
We reserve the right to change the earning or redemption rules at any time with notice.
