The MPS Delivery Pass is an annual delivery benefit offered by Muscle Products Store.

• MPS Next-Day Delivery Pass – £29.99 for 12 months.
• MPS Standard Delivery Pass – £19.99 for 12 months.

Each pass provides the relevant delivery benefit on qualifying orders, subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Validity and Activation

The Delivery Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The pass activates as soon as the purchase is completed.

The pass is linked to the customer account or order details used when purchasing. Customers must use the same account or provide the relevant order details when contacting us about their pass.

The pass expires automatically at the end of its 12-month validity period.

3. Minimum Order Spend

A minimum qualifying basket spend of £20 applies to use either Delivery Pass.

The checkout will determine whether an order meets the qualifying spend requirement.

Products on sale and promotional products may count towards the qualifying basket spend.

Delivery charges and other separately charged fees do not count towards the £20 minimum spend.

If an order does not meet the qualifying requirements, the usual delivery charges will apply.

4. Next-Day Delivery Pass

The Next-Day Delivery Pass costs £29.99 and is valid for 12 months.

It covers the usual £5.99 next-day delivery charge on qualifying orders where the eligible next-day delivery option is available.

The next-day service is subject to order cut-off times, stock availability, delivery postcode, courier availability and operational circumstances.

The advertised 97% next-working-day delivery figure is based on recorded historical delivery performance for the measurement period stated in our delivery performance information. It is not a guarantee that an individual order will arrive the next working day.

Where next-day delivery is unavailable, customers will be shown the delivery options available at checkout.

5. Standard Delivery Pass

The Standard Delivery Pass costs £19.99 and is valid for 12 months.

It covers the usual £3.99 standard delivery charge on qualifying orders where the eligible standard delivery option is available.

Standard delivery remains subject to the delivery estimates and availability displayed at checkout.

6. Eligible Orders and Products

The Delivery Pass can be used on qualifying orders across the Muscle Products Store website.

Sale products and promotional products can count towards the qualifying basket spend.

The pass does not guarantee that every product, delivery address or delivery method will be eligible. The available delivery options and qualifying status will be confirmed at checkout.

7. Delivery Availability

All delivery services are subject to stock availability, order processing times, delivery postcode coverage and courier operations.

Orders placed after applicable daily cut-off times may not be processed for the next available delivery service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Muscle Products Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, operational issues or other unforeseen events.

8. Use of the Delivery Pass

The Delivery Pass is intended for the personal use of the customer who purchased it.

It cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.

The pass cannot be used to obtain cash refunds or credit for delivery charges on orders that have already been placed or delivered.

Where an order does not qualify for the pass, the normal delivery charges will apply.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers retain their statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

If you purchase a Delivery Pass online, you may have a 14-day cancellation period. Where you expressly request that the service begins immediately, and the relevant legal requirements have been met, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation.

After the applicable statutory cancellation period, a pass that has been used may not be eligible for a discretionary refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Expiry

The Delivery Pass expires automatically 12 months after activation.

Once expired, customers will need to purchase a new pass to continue receiving the relevant delivery benefits.

11. Changes to the Service

We will not use this provision to remove benefits already purchased without a valid reason or to override customers’ statutory rights.

12. Misuse

Muscle Products Store reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, fraudulent activity or attempts to obtain benefits outside the intended purpose of the Delivery Pass.

Where misuse is identified, we may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
